1. Create or login to your VeVe account
1. Use the VeVe Web App
2. Download the Android VeVe App
3. Download the Apple VeVe App

1. Ensure you are verified and logged in:
2. Click Profile in the top menu
3. On the Profile screen, click the 'Gear Icon' in the top right
4. In the menu displayed, click 'Promo Code'
5. Enter the Promo Code into the field displayed
1. Promo Codes are case sensitive, so be sure to enter them exactly
2. Promo Code attempts are limited per hour so if you try multiple times and then get an error, wait an hour before trying again
6. Click Submit

If the code is successful, the promo item will be available in your Collection

4. Enter the Promo Code into the field displayed

If the code is successful, the promo item will be available in your Collection, accessed from the bottom menu

Due to Apple's requirements, we're unable to offer promo code redemption on VeVe iOS. Please use the web app or an Android device to redeem promo codes.
